媽媽工房創立於2015年,早於前期以“媽媽靚湯”為名,到後期才改名為“媽媽工房”,希望不要用名字規限媽媽所想做的,直到現在,“媽媽工房”已是一間持有香港食物環境衛生署發出的正式“食物製造廠”牌照(NO.2994805957)的小店,最終目的其實是希望對購買“媽媽工房”產品的你負上對食品衛生的責任,希望大家可以食用開心又放心,而媽媽一直以香港製造,無添加防腐劑,不添加人造色素等等為招徠,以達致所自家製作產品達到有養生效果,有功用既給大家食用。

 

直到2015年12月,媽媽遇上“冰糖燉檸檬”這個養生產品,一直到現在,媽媽工房所生產的冰糖燉檸檬系列已增加了有川貝,陳皮的,藉以加強冰糖燉檸檬本身清熱潤喉,化痰止咳的功效,媽媽都希望可以給予更多人認識這個確實有益養生產品給大家認識,亦希望日後可以製作更多無添加,養生產品給予大家。

Until now, the series of rock sugar stewed lemon produced by Mama's workshop has added Sichuan scallops and tangerine peel to enhance the heat and soothing properties of the rock sugar stewed lemon itself. Mothers hope that more people will know about the effectiveness of this product in resolving phlegm and relieving coughs.
