Refund policy
Refunds and Returns
If you find the following conditions in the product after receiving it, you may request a return or exchange from us. However, all return or exchange requests must be made within seven (7) days of receipt:
(i) The product is damaged / the packaging is incomplete
(ii) There is a quality problem
(iii) The product is missing or delivered incorrectly
You must provide proof for the above request for verification, including:
(i) presenting valid documents / evidence to prove that the defective product was purchased from mamasworkshop.com; and
(ii) taking a picture of the defective product and sending it to us via email / instant messaging software as evidence.
Once all the above requests are verified, we will arrange a return or exchange for the same product within seven (7) days. If the product is out of stock, we can refund the amount of the product from your payment gateway.
